I have very wavy/curly hair and I can grow it out,it just takes a little longer to get visible results,I also want to start taking vitamins to make my hair,skin and nails look healthier,I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for those things.I need to know the quickest way to grow out your hair and the best vitamins for hair,skin and nails.?
regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair. dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins six weeks ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle. good luckI need to know the quickest way to grow out your hair and the best vitamins for hair,skin and nails.?
Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or
luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.

What happens to you when you have an infected in grown to nail?
You can take care of it at home by soaking your foot in a basin of warm to hot (not hot enough to burn your skin) water for 20-30 minutes and then gently pull the skin away from the edge of the nail where it is infected and the skin will break open and let the pus out. Do this daily until it is healed up. If it gets worse and worse, you will then need to see a doctor for antibiotics and to have it lanced open.

IF your temp is lower than 97.6 means you may have HYPOTHYROIDISM...which is slow thyroid, tired alot etc....a high temp is HYPERTHYROIDISM and would be over 98.8 every day! Potruding eyes is a sign of the latter as well. If its just the toenail that was torn off and there isnt a huge wound it doesnt need to be wrapped up- Just dont let your dog play in mud. He needs to be kept fairly clean. You can rub a little neosporin to help the pain and fight bacteria on the toenail area.

it's the side of my nail that is under my skin not the top edge and i am not sure how if i got it cut out how that'd be possible because it's the whole side of my toe nail.; but it hurts sometimes and the skin on that side is starting to turn hard. i don't want to lose my nail or deal with much pain. is this an ingrown toel nail? what do i do to fix it.Not sure if i have an in grown toe nail?

You also have to do the obvious don鈥檛 bite them and regularly maintain them i.e keep them neat, regularly file them into shape, this stops you from catching them and accidentally ripping the nail.
The one simple thing to grow ur nails without using fake nails is not bitting/ pick ur nails. Bitting ur nails is not healthy and nutricious.

Random Question - How fast does L grow his nails back?
Seriously, He bites them every episode!!
Also, Why does he have those black things under his eye? Is it because he doesnt sleep or something?

lol, I don't think they get bitten(cut) when he bites them, lol.. it's just like me, I like to play with my nails by pressing them with my teeth, but I don't remove the nails, I mean they don't get cut by my teeth, lol... that's why my nails aren't flat %26gt;.%26lt;
the black circles under his eyes is because he lacks sleep! you know I consider L as a ';weird';, he's so clever that he doesn't want to miss a thing I guess.. actually he doesn't want to sleep!

It depends on the injury but they typically grow back. Just make sure that if it falls off you don't try to hide your toes in socks 24 hours out of the day. You don't want fungus growing. Step3Condition nails with the same hand cream used on hands.Keeping nail polish on will keep nails from splitting, tearing or cracking. When doing a manicure, choose a nail shape that is wide and more square which is less apt to break, rather than a pointier oval shape. Using an oily nail polish remover will also help.
Step4Eat a balanced diet to prevent vitamin deficiencies that create unhealthy nail conditions such as peeling, splitting or brittle nails. Don't fuss with your nails all the time as over filing can cause weakening and other nail problems.

Go and have a natural nail overlay, this can be acrylic, gel or silk wrap system. They dont extend your nails, it just strengthens them. Tell the tech that youre desperate to grow them and stop the biting habit and she should make them a little thicker...acrylic and gel are probably best for nibblers, silk wrap is a little thinner and still nibbleable (is there such a word..lol!!)

In a couple months you will have long nails and a few months after that your nails will be so strong that you will almost never break a nail with continued use. This stuff is amazing and it will eventually take away any markings left on your nail bed from wearing acrylic nails.

Soak them in Coreen. Its chemical that is used in pools to clean them, I occasionally go for a swim in chlorinated water and the next day my nails are super long! Also don't chew on them.
First off I would go and get a nice manicure, and you favorite polish or maybe a French manicure, keep track of the price you pay, and print out the receipt and blow it up really big. As a reminder of what you paid for this service and take a picture of your fingernails after they were professionally manucured, blow up that picture too. Do you like this look?
Next I would go to a beauty supply store or $1 store and buy a large quantity of nail files, place them whereever you sit down, in all your hand bags or purses, or hobo bags, TV room, bedroom, car your drive, desk and at work. Buy your favorite hand lotion and some small runner bands. Also keep small bottles of hand lotion near by, in your handbags, purse, Hobo bags, every room, bedroom, and get a pair of those gloves with the hand cream so when you go to sleep your hands become softer and lovelier looking. Whwnever you have a urge to bite, use the hand lotion and rub it in. Remember this: Hand lotion is a poison and you don't want to poison in your system, not even a small amount.
Also, get some OPI or Sally Hansen ';Hard as Nails'; clear polish and cover your manicure with the clear coat polish. Whenever you feel the need to bite your nails, snap the rubber band, use the hand lotion and file away any snags or rough edges.
Your really have to keep doing this until it becomes a habit like 3-4 weeks, keep the enlarged pictures up and if you really are in a bind, go back and get another manicure and see if your nails have grown longer.
Another trick is to paint your toenails to match your fingernails, so whenever you look down at your toes the image of your colored fingernails may stop you from biting them, keep snaping the rubber band if you need to, wear gloves whenever you work with dishes, laundry detergent, or garden plants, and buy one of those cheap can poppers for opening up soda. I knew a girl who ruined her manicure when she broke her nail while opening a can of soda.
Ue a fun web site like www.toerrific.com for some fun ideas to paint your toenails and use another style for your fingers or maybe just a simple flower or even a decal for your fingernails, have fun and let those nails grow long and strong. Use cuticle oil and never cut your cuticles, always push them back with a cuticle stick. if you apply acrylic nails-your real nails will grow underneath until you take them off.or you can wear nail varnish of some type everyday.

Soak them in Coreen. Its chemical that is used in pools to clean them, I occasionally go for a swim in chlorinated water and the next day my nails are super long! Also don't chew on them.
First off I would go and get a nice manicure, and you favorite polish or maybe a French manicure, keep track of the price you pay, and print out the receipt and blow it up really big. As a reminder of what you paid for this service and take a picture of your fingernails after they were professionally manucured, blow up that picture too. Do you like this look?
Next I would go to a beauty supply store or $1 store and buy a large quantity of nail files, place them whereever you sit down, in all your hand bags or purses, or hobo bags, TV room, bedroom, car your drive, desk and at work. Buy your favorite hand lotion and some small runner bands. Also keep small bottles of hand lotion near by, in your handbags, purse, Hobo bags, every room, bedroom, and get a pair of those gloves with the hand cream so when you go to sleep your hands become softer and lovelier looking. Whwnever you have a urge to bite, use the hand lotion and rub it in. Remember this: Hand lotion is a poison and you don't want to poison in your system, not even a small amount.
Also, get some OPI or Sally Hansen ';Hard as Nails'; clear polish and cover your manicure with the clear coat polish. Whenever you feel the need to bite your nails, snap the rubber band, use the hand lotion and file away any snags or rough edges.
Your really have to keep doing this until it becomes a habit like 3-4 weeks, keep the enlarged pictures up and if you really are in a bind, go back and get another manicure and see if your nails have grown longer.
Another trick is to paint your toenails to match your fingernails, so whenever you look down at your toes the image of your colored fingernails may stop you from biting them, keep snaping the rubber band if you need to, wear gloves whenever you work with dishes, laundry detergent, or garden plants, and buy one of those cheap can poppers for opening up soda. I knew a girl who ruined her manicure when she broke her nail while opening a can of soda.
Ue a fun web site like www.toerrific.com for some fun ideas to paint your toenails and use another style for your fingers or maybe just a simple flower or even a decal for your fingernails, have fun and let those nails grow long and strong. Use cuticle oil and never cut your cuticles, always push them back with a cuticle stick. Be ur self wutever u r , let people accept u as ur {not with eating nails } but wut nature has given u .

What happens to you when you have an infected in grown to nail?
You can take care of it at home by soaking your foot in a basin of warm to hot (not hot enough to burn your skin) water for 20-30 minutes and then gently pull the skin away from the edge of the nail where it is infected and the skin will break open and let the pus out. Do this daily until it is healed up. If it gets worse and worse, you will then need to see a doctor for antibiotics and to have it lanced open.

Have a digital thermometer by your bed. Keep it close to you, when you wake up FIRST thing you put it under your arm to get a temp. Write it down, do this for 5 days, doing this FIRST THING IS KEY. THis is your BASAL BODY TEMP.
IF your temp is lower than 97.6 means you may have HYPOTHYROIDISM...which is slow thyroid, tired alot etc....a high temp is HYPERTHYROIDISM and would be over 98.8 every day! Potruding eyes is a sign of the latter as well. Not long but to the point where you cant see the tip of my toe, it sounds gross but its really not that long, i only do that on my big toe lol, it makes it look less even sized with my second toe

Buy a type of nail polish thats clear, and tastes really bad, so you won't want to put your nails in your mouth. I forgot what it's called, but it's used to get babies to stop sucking their thumbs. They sell it at all drug stores.How do i stop biting my nails and let them grow?
Well i used to be an awful nail biter, and then one day the guy i liked said something about hating stubby nails, so i stopped and haven't since. haha i know lame, but whatever works.
My cousin had a little more trouble stopping so she dipped her fingers in pepper sauce or hot sauce, then when she started biting it tasted bad. I think it took her a couple weeks. just remember to wash them before you eat or touch your face!
