I have very wavy/curly hair and I can grow it out,it just takes a little longer to get visible results,I also want to start taking vitamins to make my hair, skin and nails look healthier,I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for those things.I need to know the quickest way to grow out your hair and the best vitamins for hair, skin and nails.?
regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair. dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins six weeks ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle. good luckI need to know the quickest way to grow out your hair and the best vitamins for hair, skin and nails.?
Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or
luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.
Btw if your looking for a cute hairstyle to try out these tutorials. they are awesome. ;D

Do prenatal vitamins make your nails and hair grow?
how long should it take to see results?Do prenatal vitamins make your nails and hair grow?
Yes they do and it takes about 5 to 8 days before you start to see any results....Do prenatal vitamins make your nails and hair grow?
yes.they do.within one weak you will get a result.
Any vitamins will help with protien growth but because pre-natal are really high in B vitamins, they will do a bit more than just your normal vitamin.
No more than any other vitamin does. It is only giving you what you are not getting in your diet or a bit more. If you get the over the counter vitamins it will do the same thing but is just not as concentrated.
This is a question that is commonly asked. When a women is pregnant it is assumed that the prenatal vitamins case their breast to swell and, hair an nails to grow much faster than at a normal rate. What many forget is that in pregnant women there is a substantial increase in hormones. The hormones cause the hair and nails to grow faster and the breast to swell not the vitamins. I would say no but I guess if want to take them just to see what happens...go ahead

What happens to you when you have an infected in grown to nail?
You can take care of it at home by soaking your foot in a basin of warm to hot (not hot enough to burn your skin) water for 20-30 minutes and then gently pull the skin away from the edge of the nail where it is infected and the skin will break open and let the pus out. Do this daily until it is healed up. If it gets worse and worse, you will then need to see a doctor for antibiotics and to have it lanced open.
Why do Black men grow their finger nails long like women?
This is not meant to be a racist question, so please do not make it into that. I just have not noticed any White men doing this. ThanksWhy do Black men grow their finger nails long like women?
To get that last bit of crack at the bottom of the baggie. Why do Black men grow their finger nails long like women?
to the sub-humans who asked and answered this question you're both racist pigs stay in your own neighborhood we don't want or need your poisonous blood
OMG... I've been wondering the same thing! Every black male with whom I work (except maybe one) has long nails. They're manicured but still long... it's really kinda weird.
utahmike's partially right. He forgot the part where he sniffs that same last bit of crack right after he pays $30 for it.
my dad noticed this in the sixties (i haven't rly noticed in MY time tho...) He kinda compared it to how a lot of black ppl (esp ones coming from poor backgrounds), when they get $ they wanna show off. And having long nails makes it look like you don't need to do physical labor. status symbol
I am going to answer this with an question. Why do racist people, who claim not to be racist, notice these things and group traits into races not how to were raised or anything logical like that?
You must not know a lot of different black males. I'm from a black community, and I've only known a handful of black men during my lifetime who chose to grow their nails long.
So they can have some more white on them..
OOOOO RACIAL SLUR
why don't you ask some of them the next time you give your donation and see what they sayget rid of acne

Why do I have extra skin that grows over the bottom of my nail?
Which makes my nails look smaller and it also hides the half moon shaped thing (Lunula) on my ring finger. Why is it there, I haven't seen no one else with the skin covering the Lunula, b/c I can clearly see their half moon shape thing on their nail.
Can I pick the skin off so the Lunula is visible? Why do I have extra skin that grows over the bottom of my nail?
That moon needs to be there, if it is hidden you may have OVERACTIVE THYROID ISSUES. Do a Basal Body Temp test to determine if you have an issue, this is found in a book listed below, this book is in many grocery stores by the natural soaps so you can do a quick reference and not have to spend a lot for one question. You would also have brittle, soft and shiny nails IF the thyroid is overactive.
Have a digital thermometer by your bed. Keep it close to you, when you wake up FIRST thing you put it under your arm to get a temp. Write it down, do this for 5 days, doing this FIRST THING IS KEY. THis is your BASAL BODY TEMP.
IF your temp is lower than 97.6 means you may have HYPOTHYROIDISM...which is slow thyroid, tired alot etc....a high temp is HYPERTHYROIDISM and would be over 98.8 every day! Potruding eyes is a sign of the latter as well. Push them cuticles back after a soapy soak and see if that isn't just a cosmetic issue, then worry about the other options that I put in here, No need to worry if it is just cosmetic and can be fixed. Why do I have extra skin that grows over the bottom of my nail?
It's called the cuticle and no, you should not pick it off; it's supposed to be there. Everyone has it, it's normal.
It keeps your skin sealed and germs out.
Edit
Not everyone's lunula is visible. That's the way you are. It doesn't make nails look smaller.
