if you have green tea well then use it. First get some regular transparent nail polish. Then take some out and dip in some green tea. Mix it well and use it. It works and im a true believer of this. Because i have been using this remedie for almost 10 years and my nails are so preety. i get compliments every day!How can i get my nails to grow longer and stronger??
Get you some womens one a day vitamins... or get some over the counter pre-natal vitamins.... They work great!
