Hair, nails, and skin vitamins. You can find them at health food stores. It won't make them grow faster necessarily, but you'll get getting everything you need to ensure they're growing at their full potential.
Vitamins.. and make sure you trim them regularly and file of course. also DO NOT bite them! usually when you bite your nails is when they grow slower.. and nasty lookin
Eat lots of vitamins + also you can get this type of nail polish which helps them grow! I use it + mine grow pretty fast (;
