There's no QUICK way for hair to grow fast. Vitamins %26amp; Vitamin E are great for the hair, nails, %26amp; skin, but it doesn't guarantee you a rapid growth. Drinking plenty of water daily is great for your hair, nails, %26amp; skin.
Try prenatal vitamins for making your hair and nails grow faster and stronger. I tried the brush on stuff for making my nails grow longer, stronger, faster and all I can do is LMFAO it didnt work just a waste of my money. Tried shampoo's claiming to make my hair grow faster to but the truth is your hair generally will only grow so fast no matter what you do. Sorry about that hair cut ive been butchered a few times myself
