Im trying to grow out my nails but they keep breaking help please?

okay i want them to just be kinda long not Halloweenish but they break always so what can i do to them to make them strongerIm trying to grow out my nails but they keep breaking help please?
theres a green tea clear nail polish u can put on them.

i know that you can buy a strengthening polish from your pharmacy or chemist, you apply that every day or so , and it just makes your nails stronger, so there's less breakage.
Coat them with super glue.
