like does it completly grow our or just the white area get longer ?
and if you have short nails ( the pink area i mean ) after biting them, will they ever get longer ?

Your nails grow completely out. Once you stop biting your nails the nail bed should eventually grow out to normal as your nails have time to grown out and the nail beds re-attach farther up as the nail grows. Just give it time and is should go back to normal eventually.How do nails grow out ?
well if u stop biting them the pink area gets longer and so does the white part but it takes longer for the pink part to grow but sdont worry just stop biting them and the pink part will grow . good luck!
