You can take a certain vitamin which makes your hair and nails grow ( I forget which one it is ) , and they may have special polishes. I know they have one for nail strengthening, which prevents breaking. If they don't break, it'll prevent having to keep regrowing them so often.

that's basically about how to keep them strong and how to prevent splitting. I'm afraid theres nothing you can do to make them grow any faster- just make sure they're well manicured and you're eating a healthy diet and you can't go wrong. :D

there are types of nail polishes that are made to make your nails grow faster. you can find them in any pharmacist in the cosmetics section. they normally cost the same price as normal nail polish.
Use a hand and nail cream in the day that contains Keratin. I think Cutex and Vaseline do them. At night, rub Vaseline on them. Seriously, it works.
Take calcium tablets and wear gloves to stop you biting your nails, even when watching the TV

Bitten nails grow much quicker than ones which have been cut with a scissors. Don't know why though.
if you eat jelly cubes straight from the pack, it makes your nails really strong.
i think pushing your cuticles back helps them grow quickly.
