Is it advisable to grow nails by an early teen?

are you asking if it is OK for a teenager to have long nails? If so, then yeah sure. I was actually born with very long nails. i have a scar on my face to prove it. I scratched my face as a newborn. I would say where your nails however long you want them to be and are comfortable with. I keep them shorter now in my 30s than i did when I was in my teens and 20s.Is it advisable to grow nails by an early teen?
