one thing that always works if of course dont bite them but sally hansen makes a clear coat nail polish that is called miracle growth or something and that helps a lot you add a coat everyday for about a week and repeat. always having polish on ur nails helps with not biting and the clear coat helps them grow a lot faster

what i do is i put silk wraps on my nails. u can either add extensions or have the plain. but they add a layer of strength to help them grow. they work very well.

Get some vitamin E oil and rub on your nails every night. I bought Sally Hansen's vitamin E nail and cuticle oil and it's working wonders! My nails are longer and stronger. I don't even have to wear a top coat to keep them from breaking. good luck!

good question... i've had the same problem and i recently stoped biting my nails and now their growing back... whenever i started to bite them i told myself i had to stop cause its looking bad and it worked for me... i dont know what you should do...
Like hair the more often you cut it the faster they grow but try using nail growth nail polish like sally hansens at drugstores...
you can buy clear nail polish that helps your nail's grow faster. if you bite your nails then you can buy this stuff that you put on your nails that tastes horrible.
Get fake nails put on so you can't bite them and they'll grow alot with the fake nails on.
Gelatin works well also take multivitamins everyday and try and keep them out of water as much as possible. I had surgery one year ago and had to start taking a multivitamin since then my nails grow like crazy and actually look better. When you wash dishes were Playtex gloves.
