its has like biotin and gelatin and vitamin C in it. since theres biotin, would it help hair grow too? and i'm taking a hair, nail and skin vitamin from GNC now, should i keep taking that, or switch to knox nutramix to help my hair grow faster?Will Knox NutraMix For Strong Nails help your hair grow too?
